Cahines_water drops

I took this photo about mid day during school, before there was snow on the ground as you can see. My favorite thing about this photo is the raindrops on the leaves. I like how the are right up front and in good focus, you can also see light reflecting them. I also like the two flowers even though they're not in focus. One of my favorite photos ive taken.

  1. I like this photo. I think this photo has a lot of potential to it. I like this photo for more reasons. This first thing that I like about this photo is the contrast of colors in this photo. I like the different shades of greens in this photo, as well as the shades of pink on the different areas of the flower. Another thing that I like is how you were able to successfully capture the fullest detail of the water droplet on the green leaves. I like how through the water droplets you were able to capture a reflection of the sky through the water. I think that having that in the photo makes it be among the best parts of the entire photo. I also like how the rest of the background behind the lower leaves are out of focus to allow the viewer's eyes to not drift away from the leaves and the flowers in the photo. I also like how even though some of the photo looks shaky your camera was able to grab a sharp quality for some of the details of the leaves in the photo, which provides details of little bumps from the texture on the leaves. Another thing that I like about this photo is the lighting, although it may be a bit harsh in some areas of the photo, it isn't harsh in the more important areas of detail provided in the photo. Having this allows the photo to be more interesting to look at, as opposed to a photo that was completely out of focus with no detail. The only thing that I would have changed about this photo would have been to have gotten the whole flower on the top center in the whole frame of the photo, it would allow more depth and quality to the photo. I also would try to prevent any extreme distortions from happening if you shake the camera that would prevent you from losing other necessary details in the photo. Other than that it is a great photo. Keep up the great work.

  2. I like how the flowers in the background are blurred out. And the flower in the front of the picture is in focus. I also like how you got a good shot of the raindrops on the leaves. The only thing that I would have done different is I would have tried to cut out the white thing in the bottom left corner. It. is kind of distracting because my eyes kind of drift off to that part of the. Other then that, good picture!
