I took this photo of a sunset in my grandparents front yard today. I really like the way that the sun looked as in was setting behind the trees. I like the focus in this photo because there is a wide depth of feild and it allows the viewer to see the different trees and the rays in the sunset. I also like how I was able to capture the rays in the sunset, I think it adds more to the photo. It adds more detail to the photo than if the sun was just there. The thing I wish I could change about this photo is how the trees are cut off. I wish I could have gotten all of the trees in the photo, but then the driveway would be in the photo and that would be distracting.
I like the composition of this photo,where the sunlight is not directly come out from the middle and the snow part is inclined. The problem is that because of the sunlight was too sharp which make the contrast too high and cause the tree and shadow part lose their details. Some photo postprocessing program can improve it.
