This photo was taken on Friday afternoon, when the storm was just stop for a while. The sun was just coming out from the cloud but had almost fallen. The space was separate by orange cloud and blue sky, the colors mix and split which looks really gorgeous. The light was not dim or shining so the contrast of this photo is soft and nice. Although this scene was just after the snowstorm but the whole photo gives me a really peaceful feeling which cannot let me associate with the storm.
I really like this photo because personally it let my mind wander. The photo itself isnt too narrow of a topic. I like the colors in the sky and how it encounters the trees. Along with that, the colors kind of reflect of the snow a little bit. The ground is also a straight line so it was a good angle and a good place to take the photo because theres nothing distracting.
ReplyDeleteActurally there are something distracting like withered bushes and trees. And due to the snow was so deep that I cannot pass through those obstacle so I have to narrow the focal lengths to avoid them which makes this photo's scene not wide enough and I am not happy about it.
DeleteI like this photo a lot. I think this is a great photo because of many reasons. The first thing I like about this photo is the layout of how you established the shot. I also think having a landscape shot from this specific distance makes it a really interesting photo to the viewer. I also like how the sky looks like in this photo. I like how the sky is showing a variety of colors such as oranges, blues, pinks, yellows, grays, reds, and slight bits of purple. I think the most interesting part of this photo would have to be the clouds in this photo because they give the photo more of an extra quality or touch to the photo. I also like how you captured trees in this photo where they are covered with snow, the reason why I like this is because it compliments to the snow on the field as well as the white houses to the left of the photo. Having a complimentary color combination for more than one accessory in this photo allows the photo to be interesting to the viewer. If I were to change this photo I would have turned the camera slightly to the right because the yellow house is cut out, which only shows part of the right side of the house. I would have taken that out because it doesn't match up with the rest of the houses in this photo. Another thing I would have changed would have been to either zoom in a bit closer to the trees so you wouldn't have the lone telephone pole towards the right side of the photo, it draws a bit of attention away from the rest of background. Other than that I think it's an overall great photo with great potential to it, minus the few things mentioned about what I would have changed. Keep up the good work.

ReplyDeleteI like this photo because the contrast of the dark tree line and the bright blue and orange sky. I also like how the you can look almost anywhere at the picture and it will cause the eye to wander almost everywhere in the picture and that there is nothing that is stopping the eye to wander anywhere. Another thing that I like is how there are three general areas of color with the first one with pure white snow, second is the grey parallel trees, and the third being the blue and orange sky. If any thing that I would change would be that you crop out the houses, there were the only thing in the picture that seemed distracting. But other than that, it perfect.
ReplyDeleteI like this photo because is a wide open photo, it let me feels freedom, the sky was really beautiful, the color on the left side was blue and on the right side was white, looks like the sky has being cut into two pieces, which was a good timing, the sky it also reflect the snow on the ground, the tree actually was really good, trees were adds more depth in the photo, one things I really liked was that in this photo there were no distracting, which was a really good photo, keep up the good work.
