This is also a picture I took during Christmas. When we Chinese celebrate the spring festival, we eat cabbage because in Chinese, it sounds similar to the word "money". In order to make the colors good, I put some water on it. I also add some light to it so that it is well focused. I am quite satisfied that the background is blurred.
I really like how you ran water over the cabbage to intensify the colors. The droplets of water and the highlights in the wet cabbage give it a lot of texture. Since the rest of the picture is blurred, its really easy to focus on the cabbage itself. The greens are really bright and beautiful and overall this is a beautiful picture.
