Catherine Ning-Clenmentines

This is a photo I took in December last year. Literally I spent a lot of time on managing it. In Chinese traditions, before the big fest, we have to eat some fruit and the clementines are one of the best choice. You can probably tell that there is light came from the top--That's my lamp. I also made one of the clementines in the front and the other back so that there is some depth there. Anyway, in my opinion, this is not as good as the jiaozi one, but it is still worthy posting.

  1. I really like how you positioned your lamp overhead from the oranges. It made them look professionally lit. There are no areas with light that is too harsh. I also like the simplicity of the picture, and how both the oranges bright color contrast against the plain background. What I would've done differently though is that I would've cropped out a little bit more from the bottom so that the oranges would stand out more. Despite that, this is a really good picture!
