I took this picture in NYC at Rockefeller center. I like this picture because of how the building in the middle is positioned as well as the buildings on the sides are as well. I like how the light grey sky contrast with the dark grey concrete buildings.

I like how you captured this photo. The building is centered which drags the viewers attention straight toward it. I also like the focus, it is a huge depth of field which allows the viewer to see all the details in the buildings and the people below. The thing I would change about this photo is you could have taken it at a different angle so the branch in the top right of the photo was not in it. The tree branch is distracting and takes away from the main point of the photo, once you see the branch you can not stop looking at it. Other than that good job!!!
ReplyDeleteI like how you took this photograph. I like the angle of the building in the way you centered the Rockefeller Plaza building. I also like how the angle of this landscape photo distorts the shapes of the building because it makes the corner buildings shape appear to look curved. I also like how the way you took the photo the windows on the corner segments of the building look like they continue to keep on going further and further away towards the Rockefeller Tower. I especially like the architectural tilt you made when you took the photo at an upper angle because it makes Rockefeller Plaza look really tall. I think the lighting is good in this photo because it isn't too bright and washed out for color detail. The only thing I would have done differently was to move up closer and take the photo at the same angle so thus, you wouldn't get the branches of the trees on the left and right corners of the photo. Otherwise I really think this is a neat photo. Good job.
