Anderson_architecture

I took this picture yesterday while I was in Philadelphia to see Pope Francis. It was taken around 2 pm in the afternoon. The photo is taken from an upward view of the building with columns, window, relief and decorations visible. I don't remember the name of this building but it might have been a bank.

I like how my picture shows many details like from the decoration piece on top of the relief, dental detailing along the roof of the building, and the detailing on the Corinthian columns. The top of the Corinthian column has ornaments. The design in the relief has two lions with wings and one soldier in between them. I really like the reflection of the sky on the window glass. It adds a nice touch to my picture. I kind of like the angle of this picture. It makes me want to look up. But then all I see are clouds. This building was of Grecian architecture, This picture is almost symmetrical. I wish I was taller or at least had a  better angle so it wouldn't appear to be so up high.

  1. This photo has 3 colors in it, blue, beige, and white. Its a relaxing photo and I love how you can see the reflection of the sky off of the window since you cant see much of it above the building. The only thing I would change is to either a. crop out the sky or b. make the sky a little darker just because of how bright/ white the sky is, but other than that I love this photo!
