This picture was taken by my iPhone earlier this year in April. I was on a trip with my school, where we went to Peru. This was taken near the end of the trip when we went to Machu Picchu. It was a rainy and foggy day, the clouds were out which allowed for a very beautiful picture. The fact that we were at an extremely high altitude allowed me to capture multiple of the Andes Mountains, with the other buildings and plants in the foreground. Although this picture is beautiful, it does not compare to how it actually looked in real life, sadly.

  1. I thought this picture was gorgeous. I really like how there are some dull colors, the neon green from the plants, and the earthy brown and tan tones from the village all combined. I also liked how the mountains include a lot of fog hiding them so it is not the first thing your eye is drawn to but instead you have to look for it. This picture is ultimately really well shot and has a lot of depth which I enjoy.
