I took this photo of an icicle that was melting. When I saw this I wanted to try to capture a single water droplet. After a lot of tries I finally got a photo of one. I used the manual setting on my camera and I pushed rapid shooting in order to get this. I love how you can see reflections of the trees in the water droplet itself. I also love how there are many highlights and there are rainbow colors in it too. I edited the photo by cropping it so you can see the water droplet better and I auto-enhanced it. I adjusted the cool setting slightly in order to give it a colder effect.

  1. I really like how the light is reflected from the water drop. It looks really nice to me. But the pixel looks really low.

  2. The water droplet looks great and it was good that you zoomed in more on the droplet when you cropped the photo. I really like all the colors and reflections that you managed to capture, but at the same time the resolution looks a little low compared to the original but I its not too much of a big deal.

  3. I am in love with these photos! You captured the light magnificently! Specifically, I love the bottom photo. I have no other words to describe it other than beautiful. The only thing I would have just rotated the camera a little bit. Diagonal compositions are aesthetically pleasing to the eye. But other than that, this photo is perfect.
