I took this photo in front of my pellet stove. I like this photo because of all the layers you can see in the fire and the little design on the sign in the middle. I also like the different colors in the fire such as the oranges, yellows and whites. I think the background compliments it. The only thing I would change is the whiteness in the back to the right. I could not get that out of the photo. I think it may be dirt in the stove. Other than that I am proud of this photo.
This photo is gorgeous! The fire looks so elegant. In addition, it isn't too bright and has plenty of contrast. I also love how the light shows through the engravement on the pan. To me, this photo would be a little more aesthetically pleasing if the stove was off center. That's my only critique. You should be proud of this photo!
ReplyDeleteReally good job! I love how the orange contrasts against the dark lighting around the fire, and the background does compliment the photo very well. But I also agree with you on whatver white thing is in the background is a little distracting becuase the photo would be better if the primary colors in it were black and orange.
ReplyDeleteI really like this photo mainly because of how crisp and clearly you were able to catch the fire at the right moment. The colors of the flames and the lighting produced from the photo also makes this photo have more of a mysterious feel to it, which I think works really well with the concept. Personally, the only thing I would change is maybe try getting a little closer to the fireplace next time, unless of course this was as close as you could get. If that's the case, then I would recommend that you try to edit out the bright spot in the fire place. Great job otherwise!
ReplyDeleteI like this photo it looks mysterious, the focus on the fire and the sides are dark made this picutre more interesting. The fire is not that bright that is good.
