I took this photo of a melting candle at my house. I really like this photo because of the highlights I was able to catch around the web-like pattern on the candle. I also really like this photo because there is a feel of depth in the photo as shown with the highlights in the background. Lastly, I like this photo because of the effect the candle had on the web design, making it glow a little and create some different shades of red and orange around it. The only thing I would change is trying to get the flame a little bit clearer, but the one photo I had the wed design came out blurry (the candle is now fully melted so I don't have the pattern anymore)
I like thia photo because of the how you captured the wax melted in that way. I also like the how the melted wax part is in focus and the background (the candle flame) is not focused. That black thing and the blackish right top corner are a bit distracting but no big deal.

DeleteThis picture looks really nice, I like the way that you took the photo, the candle melted looks good, and it didn't block the fire inside the candle.
