I took this picture when i woke up this morning. I think the tree leaves fell down make the tree feel like dead. So i feel a little sad about this. But when i think about that it will become green again. So i will feel very happy and energy again.

      I took this photo when I back home at 2.30 PM. When I went through the back   yard, I noticed this beautiful shadow of the tree on the ground. It's hard to     describe how I felt when I saw this shadow with these fallen leaves. It shows a   kind of desolate scene and makes me a little bit sad. Maybe it just tells me     that fall is coming.

Cahines_weird focus

I took this photo along with a bunch of other randomly photos that I was taking just for fun. This one however really caught my attention when I was looking through all the ones I took. Absolutely nothing is in focus accept for the dead leaf in the back behind the pink flower. In my opinion the lack of focus looks really cool despite its unusualness.

Alford_grandmother's food

I took this with my Nikon 40. I took this at my grandmother's house. My dad, my mom, and my sister and I go to my grandmother's house every sunday to eat dinner, it's a family tradition. My grandmother can cook really well so we always enjoy her dinner. This week she made her spaghetti and her lasagna which is one of our favorite things that she makes. So i decided to take the picture (with half of it gone).

Alford_auditorium

This was taken by my Nikon 40. I turned the flash off and went to the more sunny side of the auditorium so that it would be dark. I wanted it to be completely dark till I realized that a half dark half light room looks a lot better. I didn't want the window in the picture because I knew that the glare would be to strong and ruin the picture. So I cut that off trying to not cut out that many chairs.

I took this picture out the window from the Marian building with an over the top view. I like this picture because I like how the green grass and purple flowers contrast with the brown dirt. I also like how the entire subject is positioned. Two things I would change would be cleaning up the leaves and taking the picture when there are no shadows or direct sunlight.

grace m flower

I took this last week and I didn't have to do much to create a beautiful picture. What I like about the photo is the depth and the different shade of pink like the flower for one, obviously, and the leaves in the background.  Although I do like the pink, I'm not a fan of it on the stems because I think it conflicts with the main focus which is the flower.
