This is a shot I took for my "repeat" project. The light was really strong that day and you can tell for the pink color of the flower. The colors look like artificial due to the light. The flower was not facing the camera, so that gives me the opportunity to shoot a object in a different way. I feel like it will be better with a bee or butterfly, but I can't do that because I always scared them.

Sunday Post Makeup- Lara Dias
This is a photo I shot in the Marian parking lot. It is near the back where the busses are on the branch of a tree. I used the macro setting on my camera, which made the depth of field really obvious. I like how green the plants are and how the front branches are in focus with the leaves, in comparison to the background.

Catherine Ning-Sunday Post(Make up)
This a shot on a lovely afternoon. The light shone on the flowers nicely and I am glad to see the flowers are focused really well. I took a photo of many random flowers, but I cut it so it looks not very distracting. This might not be as good as last one, but still the best one I have.

Lara Dias- Sunday post
This is a picture I took during my lacrosse game for my event photography assignment. This is at the draw of the game, after one of us scored. I like how the colors pop in this photo. I also like how The draw is kind of towards the center of the image so it is the first think your eyes are drawn to. I also like how where the sky meets the ground isn't crooked. One thing I wish I had done differently is that I wish I had used a different camera. I used my grandmothers camera, which is better at shooting macro pictures rather than action shots.

Kim Stuart- Sunday Post
This image I took outside of my grandmothers house in Leominster. I thought the lighting was good in this image, allowing the true colors to really come out. I thought the picture also came out good because of how the majority of the plants are green, and then theres the little white daisy flowers peaking out from the center, surrounded by the green.

This is a picture I shot of flowers outside in the Marian parking lot. I thought the color of these flowers is amazing. I also thought it was really cool that if I zoom into them, I can see water droplets on the petals. The time of day was also perfect, since it was sunny it made the fluorescent pink pop. Although I wish it was more in focus, I think this was a good shot.

After playing around with my camera, I finally was able to figure out the macro option and take up close pictures. I was using my grandmothers camera before since it is a lot easier to take macro pictures with and I had lost the charger to my current camera. I like the orientation and how the flower isn't centered, but that happened to me on accident. However, I did wait until it was around 7 pm to shoot this since it was extremely bright outside all day and I find it harder to shoot pictures when it is bright.

This is a picture I took on Thursday. I found this is interesting because the dandelion is not straight. but a little bit curved. Besides, I think the head of the dandelion is focused really well. The light is just good at that day, and the background is blurry. This might not be my best one, but definitely the most artistic.
